There are many book clubs. This group reads literary classics...books that have stood the test of time. So we'll never read the hot new thing...we'll read books that are 10-10,000 years old but are still in print. We'll read Homer, Dante, Salinger, Faulkner, Flannery O'Connor, John Kennedy Toole, Alice Walker, Shakespeare. Great authors, great books. We'll read fiction, poetry, drama, folk tales, philosophy. We'll discuss what we read over wine or coffee. Sound fun?

The Southern Ladies Book Club is back on Meetup! This group began several years ago and we want to increase our membership and meet some new book lovers!
